Payment Information
We will be happy to accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Return Check Policy
There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel for any reason before the session has begun, there will be a $25 cancellation fee for each child. If you cancel at any time after the session has started, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
- Private lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours advanced notice, otherwise the lesson will be charged.
- Semi-private lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours advanced notice and only if all students within that class cancel and reschedule, otherwise the lesson will be charged.
- There are no make-ups and rescheduling of Group lessons.
- There are no refunds for no-shows
- If we cancel a class due to bad weather, that class will be rescheduled. If a time can’t be agreed upon all parties, credits will be available where applicable.
- Full registration payment is due before any lessons begin.
